The Gwasg Gregynog Charity

Gwasg Gregynog is a registered Charity (Number 1090060) whose stated ambition is to maintain, in Wales, a living museum for the book arts using traditional hot-metal letterpress methods to produce books to the highest attainable standards. To do this it has to be innovative: it must provide an educational service to schools and other learning institutions through lectures and visits, whilst at the same time promoting and encouraging the participation in, and a wider understanding of, the book arts.

Today, in addition to the funds Gwasg Gregynog generates from producing beautiful books, it is in constant need of additional resources to allow it to carry out its aims and in order to safeguard this valuable and unique part of the cultural heritage of Wales.
